The field of migraine research is constantly evolving but there are still challenges and unmet needs to be addressed in order to improve migraine care in Canada. We spoke to Dr. William Kingston, neurologist and Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Toronto, at a recent congress about the significant changes or advancements he’s observed in the past decade and emerging research domains and their role in the future of migraine management. He also discusses specific initiatives or projects that he’s working on as someone deeply involved in migraine care looking to address unmet needs in Canada.
